- Not submit information that violates any confidentiality agreements you may have

By submitting information, you grant SalaryPeak a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that information on our platform.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to maintain accurate data, SalaryPeak does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any salary information displayed on the platform. All data is user-submitted and should be used as a general reference only.
Do not make career or financial decisions solely based on information from SalaryPeak. Always conduct your own research and consider multiple sources.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our platform without permission
- Attempt to identify individuals from anonymous salary submissions
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
The SalaryPeak name, logo, website design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
User-submitted salary data remains anonymous and is shared under a public domain-like basis for the benefit of the community.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SALARYPEAK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SALARYPEAK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Modifications to Terms
